Gwen Craig, Ed.D.

Raised in a musical family, Gwen began singing duets with her brother at age nine and has spent much of her life singing, playing piano, teaching, and serving in churches. She accepted Christ at six, was baptized at seven, and sensed God’s call to ministry at twelve.

She earned degrees from Howard Payne University and Southwestern Seminary, later completed a doctorate, and devoted 35 years to education. Following the death of her husband of 34 years in 2016, Gwen became a certified grief recovery specialist and completed a yearlong Clinical Pastoral Education residency with Ascension Seton.

In 2018, Gwen married Sam Craig, a widowed music evangelist. Together they serve through Sam Craig Ministries, sharing music, preaching, missions, and encouragement across the United States and abroad. Her devotional debut book is Grace on the Front Porch: 52 Weeks of Holy Humor and Hope.
